Code of Conduct

• Confidentiality. Everything discussed is confidential. Including with spouses, partners, and other Accelerants. Breach means removal.
• Experience Sharing. Share from experience, not advice. Listen with curiosity, not judgment. If someone has blind spots, hold them accountable. The recipient treats it as a gift.

Attendance and Timeliness

• Attendance. Mandatory. One excused absence per year with two weeks notice. Second absence means dismissal. Unanimous vote to return.
• Schedule Conflicts. Your conflict, your responsibility to reschedule with the group.
• Timeliness. 1:00 PM hard start. More than 3 minutes late? You are buying lunch.

Business Dealings and Other Rules

• No competitive businesses between members. No paid services between members. No solicitation.
• No romantic relationships between group members.
• No intoxication before or during meetings.
• We will review, finalize, and sign this at Meeting 1.

How we communicate in this group

• Share from your experience, not advice
• Use "I" and "did", not "you" and "should"
• Listen to understand, not to fix
• If someone breaks gestalt, knock on the table

• This is the foundation for everything we do together.
• Every decision, every framework, every OBT connects back to this.

How to prepare for every meeting

• Before each meeting, run the EOA Prep Prompt
• It walks you through your business update:
• OBT (One Big Thing): done or not done?
• Best and worst of the month
• Financials: revenue, cash
• Your presentation topic: the real issue you need help with
• Email the output to byron@darlison.com at least 5 days before the meeting
